What does "Independent Realtor®" mean to YOU?

With low overhead and no corporate desk fees, I offer reduced rates to help you maximize profit when you sell your home.  And because I prefer a small, referral-based business - I am able to provide quality, one-on-one service.  You can reach me by phone; you will not be working with "an assistant" for the duration of the sale. 

And of course if you're a buyer, you never pay for realtor assistance and I may be able to provide a rebate to help with your closing costs.

As an Independent agent, I give my clients the best of both worlds: the service and knowledge you expect from a "brand name broker" PLUS the competitive pricing of a "help-you-discount broker".

Unfortunately, a real estate license is not difficult to obtain!  Therefore, it is VERY important you make sure the realtor you select is professional, educated, experienced, responsive and can provide references.  Also make sure your realtor keeps current on changes in contract law and utilize advanced marketing efforts, such as the internet and email. 

Remember, there is no such thing as a dumb question.  I am happy to hear from you any time (not only when you're buying or selling).  Perhaps you're wondering where to find a good handyman or electrician?  What home improvements provide a good return on investment?  Or maybe you're just curious what your house is worth...  Did you know your realtor can help you list or lease a rental?  Did you know I can help you relocate out of the area or out of state? These are just a few examples of you should consider me your real estate onsultant.  Use me as a resource.
