I offer Professional Buyer's Agent services.  There is never a fee to a buyer, and I can often rebate back from my compensation to help you with your closing costs..  My assistance includes helping you buy the traditional "resale" house or condo, but don't forget, I can help you with a "new construction" purchase, vacant land and multiple-unit properties also.

Relocation Assistance
If you're coming to San Diego, I can help you decide which neighborhood to choose throughout the county.  If you're leaving town, I can use my referral network to find you an excellent realtor out of the county or even out of state.

Need a rental to live in, or a way to lease your investment property?
I can use my realtor tools to help you list your inventment property for rent on the MLS - which is a great place to advertise your rental; this venue attracts pre-screened, credit-worthy tenants, and the MLS provides great exposure to rent your property faster.  If you need a place to rent for yourself, I can access this same system to help you find a nice, privately owned condo or detached home for lease.
